Account information: Email address when you sign in with Apple or Google.
App content: Cases, evidence, messages, and notes you create within the app. This data is stored securely and associated with your account.
Usage data: Basic analytics to improve the app (e.g. feature usage, crash reports).
Purchase information: Subscription status managed through RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store payment card details.

To provide and improve the app's features
To process subscriptions and restore purchases
To authenticate your account securely
To respond to support requests

AI Processing

Content you submit (messages, evidence, notes) is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate responses. This content is processed according to each provider's privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app:

Supabase — database and authentication
OpenRouter — AI model routing
RevenueCat — subscription management
Apple / Google — sign-in and payments

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Row-level security ensures only you can access your cases and evidence.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.
